We do. UNAR owns and operates its workshops in Slavkov pod Hostýnem, Czech Republic. Everything in our catalogue is built in-house — from pocket-spring mattresses, boxsprings and complete hotel beds to headboards, sleeper sofas, fold-away and extra beds, upholstered seating and hotel furniture. And you are welcome to come and see it.
Our production facility is in Slavkov pod Hostýnem (Zlín Region, Czech Republic). Every mattress and upholstered piece in our contract catalogue is built there. We do not outsource series production abroad.

Steel pocket springs for mattress cores, PUR T35 polyurethane foam for comfort layers, natural latex. Mattress covers Modena, Purotex and Silver; cover fabrics Austin, Luna, Mystic and Deluxe and others. See materials & finishes.
Core mattress ranges carry a 5-year warranty. Mattresses are supplied with handling handles and 1–4 quarterly rotation markers. We operate a 2nd-life / take-back program for end-of-cycle inventory when hotels refurbish.
