Our production technology
Woodworking & machining
Modern machining technologies enable manufacturing of structural components for beds, headboards and hotel furniture. The emphasis on precision ensures high quality and reliable performance in both standard and custom projects.
Sewing workshop
We prepare mattress covers, covers for upholstered beds and other textile components in our own sewing workshop. Professional sewing technologies enable precise processing of hotel fabrics, strong seams and a long product life even with intensive use.
Computer-controlled quilting
Modern quilting technology combines the cover fabric with the filling layers into a single unit. Computer-controlled pattern guidance ensures precise, even stitching.
Quilted material cutting
After stitching, the material is precisely cut to the required dimensions. Automated cutting ensures uniform dimensions and prepares individual parts for the next phase of production.
Mattress edging
When hemming, the top and bottom of the mattress are connected to the side part of the cover. Precise processing ensures high seam strength and an elegant appearance.
Automated packaging
Finished products are packed on a modern packaging line, which ensures their protection during storage and transportation. Packaging reduces the risk of damage during shipment.

mattress production
The production of each mattress begins with the selection of a suitable core according to the required firmness and comfort level. We use proven foams and pocket spring systems. Each spring is enclosed in a separate pocket and reacts to pressure independently - the mattress adapts to the body and dampens further movement. We supplement the core with comfortable layers of foam, which affect the resulting firmness and feeling when lying down. The finished core is then covered with a cover made of materials suitable for hotel use. Most covers are removable with a zipper and washable, which ensures maintenance and helps maintain a high hygiene standard.

upholstered beds / headboards
We manufacture bed structures and headboards from board materials or solid wood, which are precisely cut and processed. We then assemble the frames and add layers of PUR foam according to the specifications of the specific product.
The covering fabrics are cut and sewn into the desired shape, including stitching, edging and other details. The finished covers are then manually stretched and fastened so that the resulting surface is smooth and precisely processed.
In the final phase, structural and functional elements such as connecting fittings, legs or headboard attachment systems are added.
